How do I book a ticket for my Companion/PA?
Essential Companion tickets are intended for customers requiring additional support. This must be due to needs significant and in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying you.
Companions must be booked in advance during the booking process, when you purchase tickets for the exhibition.
To qualify for a Companion ticket, you will need to show one of the following forms of documentation upon arrival. Without this documentation we will be unable to honour the complimentary Companion/PA ticket.
Accepted forms of documentation include:- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) documentation.
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card with a “+1” category requirement.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID card.
Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid entry ticket. Documentation may not automatically award Essential Companion tickets for children under 16, as children are always required to be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult in our venues.
If the visitor is a child, to obtain a free Companion or PA ticket, there must be at least one full-priced General Admission ticket in the group. Can I book a companion ticket alongside a Mad Hatter Experience Ticket?
Yes. A complimentary Standard Companion ticket is available alongside the Mad Hatter Experience. However, the Companion ticket provides admission to the experience only and does not include the additional benefits included in the Mad Hatter Experience package.
Companion tickets must be booked in advance and valid supporting documentation will be required on arrival. Please see “How do I book a ticket for my Companion/PA?” for further information.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes, assistance dogs are welcome, including those from ADUK, accredited training companies, and owner-trained dogs. Proof of training is required. Please be aware that if the dog’s behaviour does not meet the required standards, entry may be denied.
According to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, assistance dogs are highly trained to:- Stay with their owner and not wander freely.
- Sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner.
- Avoid fouling in public areas.
- All assistance dogs must remain on a lead at all times.
Please be mindful that certain environments, where noise levels or attendance numbers are high, can be stressful or confusing for assistance dogs.
For the safety and wellbeing of your dog please make them visible to staff and other visitors at all times. Is there step free access to the venue? / Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free access throughout the experience.
Where are the accessible toilets?
The exhibition is all one level and accessible toilets can be found inside.
Are there any SEND sessions?
Currently, there are no specific SEND sessions available. If you would like to know about quieter times to visit, please email accessibility@fkpscorpio.co.uk. Is the exhibition accessible for deaf people?
There is currently no specific provision for deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors. However, Alice Immersive Wonderland has been designed as a multisensory experience, engaging sight, sound, touch and smell throughout the journey. This allows visitors to experience Wonderland through different senses, even where some elements of the spoken narrative may not be accessible.
Is the experience suitable for visitors with photosensitive epilepsy?
The experience includes flashing lights, dynamic projections and other visual effects and is therefore not recommended for visitors with photosensitive epilepsy.
Is the exhibition accessible for visitors with visual impairments?
There is currently no specific provision for visitors with visual impairments. However, the experience includes audio delivered through individual headsets (in English only) and has been designed as a multisensory journey, engaging sound, touch and smell alongside its visual elements.
Is the exhibition suitable for people with sensory processing disabilities?
The exhibition is a highly immersive experience featuring large-scale projections, moving visuals, sound effects, music, and changing lighting throughout. Some areas may be darker, with shifting light levels, while others include ambient or louder audio elements designed to enhance the experience. Visitors are free to move at their own pace.
As every visitor’s experience is unique, this environment may not be suitable for some guests with sensory sensitivities.
We aim to make the experience as accessible as possible. Our on-site team is available to support you throughout your visit, so please speak to a member of staff if you need assistance, would like guidance through the space, or need to take a break.
If you would prefer to visit at a quieter time, we recommend contacting us in advance at accessibility@fkpscorpio.co.uk with your preferred date and time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Can electric mobility scooters be used in the Experience?
The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. However, due to the nature and layout of the experience, electric mobility scooters are not permitted within the immersive journey.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe lighting will be used during the exhibition, which may affect customers who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy.

The exhibition is made up of 10 individual rooms for you to enjoy and explore over an approximate 120-minute+ experience.
Is Alice Immersive Wonderland an immersive exhibition?
Alice Immersive Wonderland is an immersive experience combining multisensory life-size room sets, interactive storytelling, projection mapping and theatrical performances. Rather than simply viewing an exhibition, audiences are invited to step inside Alice’s story and follow her journey through Wonderland.
How long will Alice Immersive Wonderland be in London?
Alice Immersive Wonderland opens in London on 13 November 2026 and is currently scheduled to run until 16 May 2027.
What are the age restrictions for attending the exhibition?
All ages are welcome. Children aged 0–3 require a ticket, priced at £1.50. Visitors aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or over.
The experience is designed to be enjoyed by families and visitors of all ages.
How long does Alice Immersive Wonderland last?
Alice Immersive Wonderland is approximately a 120-minute experience. The exact duration may vary slightly depending on your pace through Wonderland.
Is there a Gift Shop?
Yes! Our Wonderland Gift Shop offers a wide selection of Alice-inspired gifts and souvenirs for all ages, from books, stationery and accessories to clothing, toys, collectables and exclusive Alice Immersive Wonderland merchandise. The perfect place to take a little piece of Wonderland home with you. Card payments only.
Can I use cash on site?
Please note we are a cashless site throughout.
Can I bring food and drink?
No food and drink is allowed to be consumed inside the exhibition. If you need to bring specific food or medicine due to a pre-existing medical condition, please supply the relevant supporting medical evidence.
Will food and drinks be available on-site for purchase?
Yes! Visitors can continue their journey through Wonderland at The Alice Tea Party, our themed on-site café offering whimsical cakes, sweet treats, hot and cold drinks, and culinary creations inspired by Alice and her iconic characters.
A wider selection of food and drinks will also be available on-site. Please note that food and drinks cannot be consumed within the main immersive experience.
What language will the exhibition be in?
The audio and written content for the exhibition is available in English only.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition is held in an indoor venue.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning and heating as required.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Handheld cameras, including DSLRs, are welcome, and guests are encouraged to capture and share their journey through Wonderland with friends, family and on social media. Don’t forget to tag us @aliceimmersivewonderland!
When taking photos, please be considerate of other visitors. Tripods, professional photography equipment and accessories are not permitted.
Can I bring a bag?
Small bags are welcome, but backpacks and bags larger than A4 size cannot be taken into the immersive experience.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code, but we advise to please dress comfortably as this is a walk-through, interactive exhibition.
Is the exhibition suitable for children?
Absolutely! Alice Immersive Wonderland has been designed to be enjoyed by visitors of all ages, making it a magical experience for families to discover together. Children can follow Alice through Wonderland, encounter iconic characters and explore spectacular immersive environments along the way.
Children aged 0–3 require a ticket, priced at £1.50. Specially priced children’s tickets are available for ages 4–15. Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or over.
Please note that pushchairs and prams cannot be taken into the immersive experience. Children who are unable to walk must be carried by their parent or caregiver.
About Access to the Event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
The premises offers very limited space for guests arriving early to wait. Therefore, please try to arrive on time, max. 5 minutes before the start of your booked slot. Arriving more than 15-minutes late may result in you not being able to enter the exhibition.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you are late or experience any travel issues, please speak to our on-site team upon arrival and they will try and accommodate your booking at the next available slot. This is not guaranteed.
What is prohibited at the exhibition?
Weapons, bladed/sharp articles, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, flags, flagpoles, inflatables, wet umbrellas, glass bottles, flammable liquids in any container, laser pens, professional camera equipment, confetti, glitter bombs, paint, paint powder, glue, balloons, wheeled footwear, helmets, full face masks, card readers or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to any Event or to other visitors (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes); ceremonial bladed articles, where certain conditions for entry are not met.
Food and beverages, flash photography, prams and buggies, alcohol, smoking, vaping, umbrellas and anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Is this a child-friendly environment?
The exhibition is a child-friendly environment.
Can I smoke or vape?
No. Smoking on the premises (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited.
Are prams/buggies allowed?
Prams and buggies are not allowed to be brought into the exhibition (unless a child has a medical need, if so, documentation must be provided). There is a small buggy park available but with very limited spaces. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask where possible for prams and buggies to be left at home.
Are there toilets?
Yes. Toilets are available at the entry and exit points of the exhibition but not within the exhibition itself.
Where are the baby changing facilities?
There are baby changing facilities in the accessible toilet inside the venue.
Can I bring animals?
The exhibition is not suitable for animals with the exception of trained service dogs.

How much are tickets?
General Admission tickets start from £26 for adults, with specially priced tickets available for children aged 4–15. Children aged 0–3 require a ticket, priced at £1.50.

No, if you purchased your ticket(s) through Fever, your contactless tickets will be delivered directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
If you booked through Fever, you can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets.
Fever Ticket Support Centre Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Yes, you can buy a ticket via card payment on the door. However this is subject to availability, so we advise to book in advance where possible, particularly on a Saturday/Sunday and during school holiday periods.
Do parents bringing their children need to purchase tickets?
Yes. You will need to have a valid ticket.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Ticket changes and transfers are subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing platform through which your booking was made. For any changes to your booking, please contact the ticket provider directly or refer to the terms and conditions provided with your booking confirmation.
Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase
The official and only approved ticketing partners of this show are those listed on the event website ONLY. If any tickets are bought or sold through any other platform or secondary resale company, such as Viagogo, then the event organiser reserves the right to cancel the tickets. The ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. The ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the event organiser.
This ticket must be surrendered to the event organiser upon request. If you have tickets and are unable to attend the event, then please get in touch with the ticket agent you purchased through before trying to resell any tickets through any of the aforementioned resale sites.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Yes. Specially priced children’s tickets are available for visitors aged 4–15, starting from £19. Children aged 0–3 require a ticket, priced at £1.50.
Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or over.
Who are the official ticket sellers for Alice Immersive Wonderland?
Official tickets for Alice Immersive Wonderland can be purchased via Fever.
What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact the outlet you booked your tickets through (Fever), indicating your ticket ID.

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to the T&Cs of your booking. Any queries relating to your ticket(s) should be directed to the ticket outlet (Fever) you booked your tickets with originally.

How do you get to Alice Immersive Wonderland?
London Dock X’s nearest Underground station is Canada Water (Zone 2), the station can be found on the Jubilee Line and on the Windrush Line. Canada Water is a step-free station.
If you are driving
The closest parking is Surrey Quays Shopping Centre Car Park (Parking Lot, Deal Porters Way, London SE16 7LL) where you can get 3 hours free parking.
Where possible, we would advise travelling by public transport.
Is there bike parking available at the venue?
A limited number of cycle parking spaces can be found around Canada Water Underground Station.
